Everything You Need to Know About Our Part Sales & Services
Don't see your question here? Use our contact form or shoot us a call.
What is your return policy?
Most new, unused, and uninstalled parts may be returned within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include the manufacturer's instructions, hardware, and accessories.
Before sending anything back, please contact Affliction Diesel to request return authorization and confirm the correct return address. Products that have been installed, damaged, modified, special ordered, or electronically programmed may not be eligible for return. Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable, and some returns may be subject to a manufacturer restocking fee.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.
How long does it take to schedule a service appointment?
Appointment availability depends on the type of service, the parts required, and our current shop schedule. General maintenance and smaller installation appointments may be available within one to two weeks, while larger repairs, performance upgrades, and complete project builds may require additional scheduling time.
Once we understand the work your truck needs, we will provide an estimated appointment date and expected completion window. Timelines may change if additional problems are discovered during the service or if specialty parts are delayed.
For the most accurate timeline, contact Affliction Diesel with your truck's year, make, model, engine, and a description of the work you need completed.
Can Affliction Diesel install the parts I purchase?
Yes. Affliction Diesel can install many of the aftermarket parts and performance products we sell. Before scheduling the installation, our team will verify that the parts are compatible with your truck and review the expected labor, supporting modifications, and installation timeline.
Some upgrades may require additional components, tuning, fabrication, fluid changes, alignment, or follow-up service. We will explain these requirements before beginning the work whenever possible.
Installation pricing is separate from the cost of the parts unless your estimate specifically states otherwise.
What happens if I do not see the part or brand I am looking for?
Our website does not always display every product or manufacturer we can access. Affliction Diesel works with a wide range of diesel performance, replacement-part, suspension, fuel-system, drivetrain, and truck-accessory suppliers.
Send us the year, make, model, engine, and a description or part number for the product you need. Our team can check availability, confirm fitment, and provide pricing. In many cases, we can source specialty products or recommend a comparable alternative that better fits your truck and your goals.
How much does shipping cost?
Affliction Diesel's standard shipping rates are:
- Orders under $199: $49.95 shipping
- Orders of $199 or more: Free standard shipping
- Oversized or overweight items: $250 freight shipping
Oversized products may include items such as bumpers, transmissions, large suspension components, truck beds, fuel tanks, or other freight-class items. Certain remote locations may require an additional shipping charge.
Final shipping costs will be shown during checkout or confirmed before your order is processed.
How long will my order take to arrive?
In-stock products generally leave the warehouse within one to three business days. After the order ships, standard delivery commonly takes an additional three to seven business days, depending on the destination and shipping carrier.
Special-order, backordered, custom-built, and manufacturer-direct products may require additional processing time. Oversized freight shipments can also take longer and may require the carrier to contact you to arrange delivery.
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed, but Affliction Diesel will provide tracking information as soon as it becomes available.
How do I know whether a part will fit my truck?
Fitment can vary based on your truck's year, make, model, engine, cab configuration, bed length, drivetrain, suspension height, emissions equipment, and existing modifications.
Before ordering, carefully review the product description and compatibility information. When you are unsure, contact Affliction Diesel before completing your purchase. Providing your vehicle identification number, or VIN, may help us verify certain replacement and application-specific parts.
We strongly recommend confirming fitment before installation. Installed or modified products may not be returnable.
Can my truck or project build be featured on your website or social media?
Yes. Affliction Diesel is always interested in seeing customer trucks, installations, and complete project builds featuring products purchased from or installed by our team.
Send us high-quality photos or videos along with your name, truck details, build specifications, installed products, and social media information. Submitting a project does not guarantee publication, but selected builds may be featured on our website, social media pages, promotional materials, or customer galleries.
Please only submit photos and content that you own or have permission to share.
